Call for Nominations: 2019 AWiB Women of Excellence

Every year in October AWiB presents inspiring stories and incredible accomplishments of deserving women of our community. AWiB works tirelessly on WOE recognition to cultivate a culture of appreciation and generate many role models for the coming generation.

AWiB Ethiopia is delighted to announce that the nominations for the Women of Excellence annual awards are now open. The annual Women of Excellence award was established to start a culture of appreciation and to identify, document and recognize homegrown role models. We invite you to nominate a woman that fulfills the criteria for nomination and selection stated below. Your nominee must be a woman who:

Has utilized or is currently utilizing her position, stature, and expertise for a cause,
Who strives to build a great legacy in her career while also contributing to the success of others,
Who serves as an example of hard work and effective management and
A woman who demonstrates a powerful commitment to coaching other women and sponsoring them to reach their zenith.
Your nominee must be someone who is promoting community service, changing the face of her community through initiatives that provide services which benefit others, particularly women.
