Renowned Ethiopian chef, Yohanis Gebreyesus, has been shortlisted in the annual The Guild of Food Writers Award, in the International Cookbook Award category for his debut cookbook, Ethiopia: Recipes and traditions from the Horn of Africa (published by Kyle Books).
The Guild of Food Writers highlights emerging talent as well as featuring some of the best-known food writers and broadcasters in the UK. The Guild of Food Writers Awards celebrates the breadth of knowledge and expertise at work in a thriving creative field.
