URBAN RHYTHM is a musical drama film that casts original Afrobeat acts in the UK to tell a compelling tale of an unlikely friendship. This film is dedicated to all talented artists out there who pursue their dream of music and who inspire a generation with their gift.
Directed by Michael Ibiayo Urban Rhythm explores the relationship between two characters from opposite worlds, Urban and Legal. Faced with individual challenges 'Defence attorney - Client relationship' soon turns into a friendship which sees them team up and go on a musical journey.
Urban Rhythm is a unique film with its cast made up of talented UK actors / actresses as well as UK Afrobeat entertainment personnel - Artists, MCs, DJs, record producers, dancers and choreographers. After almost two years of filming and post production URBAN RHYTHM is ready to be unleashed.
