'Fofi' - Ethiopian Food Sculptor

To look at these images you would think they were from a newly discovered burial ground, in fact you would be wrong. These images are in fact head sculptures made out of chocolate and created by Ethiopian Artist 'Fofi'. The work was showcased in Brussels this weekend (07-09.02.14) at The 20th Chocolate Fair.

Fofi Assegid was born in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), who now currently works and lives in Brussels, he has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and a Master in Food Design from the Académie des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles. With her training and skills Fofi brings together her passion for sculpture, culinary arts and in particular chocolate.
