Omer Asim is a Sudanese London based designer, a graduated from The Bartlett School of Architecture, postgraduate at the London School of Economics and Political Science. It was only during his training as a psychoanalyst that Omer became fascinated with clothing and it''s appearance in relation to mind and body.
Omer's design process do not rely on sketching or theme inspirations. they focus on substance and craft to un-design a solid silent aesthetic, modern shapes, cuts and textures mix with primitive elements to create a sense of regressive future.
All of which is evident in his A/W collection, which features the striking looks of South Sudanese-American model Grace Bol
