Africa Fashion and Art Week LA return this October 2014 and will be taking place at Papillion Art, from October 1st - 4th.
During the 4 days will be a host of fashion shows, a pop-up shop, networking parties, and runway shows from world-renowned international designers. Any designers interested in showcasing at Africa Fashion & Art Week 2014, should email registration@africafashionandartweek.com for details and an application.
The producers of Africa Fashion & Art Week, Continent Creative, are also currently hosting a GoFundMe called the African Designer Fund Project. This project will raise funds for international designers to alleviate the financial burdens involved with traveling abroad to present a collection at fashion week.

To help highlight and promote our cause, we have teamed up with photographers, Bukunmi Grace & Jesse Leon to create our 2014 campaign, titled, “La Reine Noire ‘ – The African Queen. The Continent Creative team has put together Warhol inspired images featuring model Joy Green and Face of Africa Fashion and Art Week contest winners Lilian Uwanyuze and Jasmine Suzette.
