Tenenet: Seeking Light in Times of Darkness

Too often, life challenges that can be overcome with some encouragement and support can become weights on our shoulders that weigh us down. EFCM is hosting a symposium on wellness and overcoming difficulties. We will have a wide array of health professionals, church officials and people who seek alternative methods to cope with adversities.

This is a free and open to the public, come and help lift the stigma and help someone who might need more encouragement from others more than you think.
